Mentoring junior team members to support their professional development will also be an integral part of your role.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in SAP HCM Payroll is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of payroll processing and related business functions within SAP environments, along with proven experience in configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation and integration issues is crucial. Familiarity with SAP development tools and techniques, and a solid grasp of data security and compliance in payroll processing are expected. A 15-year full-time education is required.
