We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications.

This role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

The engineer will focus on translating business requirements into effective software products and continuously optimizing them throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include performing independently and becoming a Subject Matter Expert.

Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential, along with providing solutions to work-related challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, maintain and improve existing software components for performance and reliability, and document designs, processes, and code.

Assisting junior team members through guidance and support is also a part of this role.

A strong proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is mandatory.

We expect solid programming skills in languages commonly used within Databricks environments, coupled with experience in data processing and analytics workflows on cloud-based platforms.

The ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern development practices, familiarity with version control systems and collaborative tools, and an understanding of software testing and debugging techniques are crucial.

Minimum 3 years of experience specifically with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is required. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this position.
