As a key member, you'll engage in testing, validation, integration, and requirements management, acting as a vital interface. Collaboration with global team members will be essential, alongside active participation in building and developing the testing team's capabilities in areas like test development, execution, and environment maintenance, including technical mentorship.

Take ownership of developing comprehensive test strategies and crafting detailed test cases. Implement and refine automated test suites to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. Analyze and interpret complex test results, collaborating with technical experts to optimize testing processes. You will be responsible for testing critical infotainment system features, including Media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Navigation, working in close partnership with customers and process partners.

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in testing and validation within the automotive sector is essential. Proficiency in test automation using programming languages such as Python or C# is required. Hands-on experience assembling test benches (HIL) and comfort with hardware and electrical components are necessary. Strong command of Vector tools like CANoe and CANape, along with experience in Confluence, Jira, and DOORs, is expected. Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, and LIN protocols, alongside a solid understanding of automotive ECUs at both system and subsystem levels, is crucial. Experience with requirement understanding, configuration, bug tracking, and change management tools is also a key requirement. Demonstrated ability in test strategy creation, test planning, and tooling enablement is vital. You will provide guidance and mentorship to teams on technology utilization. Excellent teamwork, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills are paramount. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
