Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in developing innovative, tailored software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing system and application components using modern frameworks and agile practices. This role emphasizes delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that precisely meet unique business requirements, contributing directly to project success through continuous system improvement.

Independently contribute and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, and maintain/enhance existing software components for optimal performance and reliability. You'll also document development processes, share best practices, and support junior team members.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in Palantir Foundry. Experience with Jakarta EE is beneficial. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is essential, along with the ability to design and implement scalable software components. Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code, as well as integrating software modules, is also expected. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
