As a Mid-Level Application Architect/Senior Developer, you will focus on hands-on development and practical solution design. The role emphasizes active coding, solution implementation, and collaborative efforts across application development, infrastructure, and integration in multi-cloud environments.

Develop custom software solutions, design and code components, and enhance system integrations. Apply Generative and Agentic AI to solve complex business challenges, automate processes, and embed intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding in Java Spring boot or Python for backend, and contributing to front-end development with React or Angular. You will partner with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures, build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns, and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Implement practical AI features, collaborate with DevOps on containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure applications meet performance and security standards through code reviews and testing. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams and stay updated on the latest full-stack development, cloud, and AI advancements.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a strong grasp of Java Full Stack Development. Additional qualifications include 15 years of full-time education. Experience with Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Demonstrated experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and strong proficiency in Java Spring boot and Python are required.

Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular, basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns and microservices, and familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker and Kubernetes are necessary. A working knowledge of DevOps practices and secure coding practices is also expected. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital.
