Develop and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This role involves designing, coding, and improving components across various systems using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The position leverages AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Emphasize integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity. While AI tools are integral, deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering is not required.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business needs into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation.

Support the complete delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard patterns and APIs.

Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to enhance financial processes.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-enhanced insights for testing and troubleshooting.

Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation & compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Understand fundamental AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams. Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions is crucial.

Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable adopting AI-enabled workflows. A 15-year full-time education is required for this position.
