As an Application Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring applications meet business needs.

You will actively participate in problem-solving discussions, providing guidance to your team and ensuring successful project outcomes. Staying current with industry trends and best practices is key to enhancing application performance and user experience.

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges. Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

A strong command of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is essential. The ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization is required.

Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration is a must-have skill. A solid understanding of application design principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle, including agile practices, is also necessary.

Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques, alongside the ability to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, is beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration is required. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
