As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, integrating, and debugging complex embedded software for automotive control units. You’ll collaborate closely with system engineers, architects, and hardware teams to ensure robust and reliable software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions using C/C++. Translate software requirements into robust technical designs and implementations. Integrate software components for automotive ECUs, ensuring seamless functionality. Conduct thorough debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to maintain high quality. Address and resolve complex software and system-level issues. Collaborate effectively with hardware and system engineering teams for optimal software-hardware integration. Actively participate in software architecture, design discussions, and technical reviews. Support software integration, verification processes, and release activities. Adhere to industry standards including MISRA, ASPICE, ISO 26262, and organizational development guidelines. Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to estimation and sprint planning. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project artifacts.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development. Demonstrate strong programming proficiency in C/C++. Exhibit a solid understanding of microcontrollers, memory management, interrupts, RTOS, and real-time concepts. Experience with AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive is highly preferred. Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, and Automotive Ethernet. Experience with embedded Linux or an RTOS is advantageous. Proficiency with debugging tools like Lauterbach, JTAG, or GDB. Good knowledge of Git, Jenkins, CMake, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in unit testing, static code analysis, and code quality tools. Understanding of ASPICE, MISRA, and Functional Safety (ISO 26262). Experience in ECU software development, integration, and debugging. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and bootloader concepts is a plus. Exhibit strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Possess good technical communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Demonstrate strong attention to software quality, reliability, and performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
