This position centers on leveraging AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline various project phases. You will accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting within SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. The goal is to deliver efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, integrate pre-built AI services, and boost productivity through AI assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize key SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Conditions & Discounts, Delivery & Shipment Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns & Refunds. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, create automated test cases, and expedite documentation creation. Support full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-go-live support, encompassing solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, and deployment. Integrate SD modules with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, diagnose pricing issues, conduct impact analyses, plan and execute tests, and automate documentation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of order/delivery issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution times. Ensure solutions align with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements. Lead workshops and solution walkthroughs, and facilitate optimization discussions using AI-generated insights. Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies. Exhibit knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, without developing custom LLMs or agentic systems. Understand responsible AI usage and its limitations, particularly within commercial workflows. Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to O2C scenarios. Be adept at translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable using AI-augmented productivity tools. A foundational education of 15 years of full-time study is mandatory.
