Join us as a Custom Software Engineer to craft intelligent, enterprise-grade user experiences with SAPUI5 and the SAP Fiori paradigm. This role blends deep front-end engineering with AI patterns, focusing on creating adaptive SAP experiences that boost user productivity while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

You will be instrumental in moving beyond traditional interfaces to develop intuitive, guided, and intelligent SAP solutions tailored for business needs.

Develop responsive SAPUI5 interfaces using MVC architecture and modern JavaScript foundations. Implement robust data interactions with an OData-first approach and utilize service mocking. Integrate AI-driven experiences into UI flows, enabling in-the-moment assistance and contextual guidance. Build tool-augmented UI patterns and retrieval-grounded interactions (RAG) to ensure AI outputs are relevant to enterprise knowledge. Ensure high-quality solutions through automated testing (unit and acceptance testing) and performance optimization. Adhere to SAP Fiori design principles for role-based and consistent cross-device experiences. Collaborate closely with stakeholders through rapid prototyping and frequent demos to deliver production-ready UI solutions.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP UI5 development and enterprise UI engineering. Possess mastery of MVC architecture, responsive UI construction, and component-driven development. Gain solid experience with OData and service mocking for development and testing. Exhibit strong front-end skills in JavaScript, JSON, and CSS, coupled with Git for collaboration. Have AI-native build capability, designing UX that integrates LLM behaviors with grounding, tool use, and evaluation loops. Familiarity with the SAP Fiori design paradigm is highly beneficial. Experience with automated testing approaches for SAPUI5 applications is advantageous.
