This role involves building, configuring, and deploying Copilot Studio agents comprehensively. You will design topics, knowledge sources, and generative responses, while expanding agent capabilities through Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry-hosted models.

Design and construct Copilot Studio agents, meticulously defining topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversational flows. Configure generative orchestration, knowledge bases, and AI-driven responses to ensure accuracy. Develop and manage Power Automate flows for advanced agent actions and system integrations. Implement MCP Server/tool connections to enhance agent functionality beyond standard features. Manage agent deployment across various channels and oversee environment and ALM practices. Refine agent performance using Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and grounding techniques like RAG. Perform unit testing and troubleshoot conversational issues, connectors, and plugins. Adhere to responsible AI principles, including bias and safety checks. Collaborate with architects and team leads on design, security, and ALM alignment, participating in reviews.

Requires strong development expertise, particularly with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Proficiency in Power Automate for automation and integration is essential. Experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections to extend agent capabilities. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns is beneficial. Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation practices is expected. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills for conversational flows are preferred.
