Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. You'll leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing custom software solutions that precisely meet business needs.

This position is crucial for fostering collaboration between development and infrastructure teams, ensuring our digital products maintain high operational service levels and availability. You will bridge the gap between development and infrastructure departments, driving innovation and efficiency.

You will act as the primary liaison between development and infrastructure teams, channeling requirements in both directions. This includes initiating necessary software updates and providing support and coaching to development teams on their software operations under the "You build it – You run it" philosophy.

Key responsibilities involve automating deployment pipelines, assisting teams with monitoring and alerting solutions, and sharing infrastructure knowledge. You will also be involved in operating, monitoring, and maintaining shared middleware components and collaborating closely with operational service owners.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps Architecture is essential for this role. You should possess practical experience in relevant programming or command languages, along with hands-on experience in configuration management tools.

Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and its native services is required, as is extensive experience building and deploying infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation. A deep understanding of networking concepts and technologies, coupled with a good grasp of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, is also necessary. Familiarity with software development methods, system administration in heterogeneous environments, and the ability to translate technical jargon are vital. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
