Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge custom software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. Our focus is on delivering scalable, high-performing solutions meticulously tailored to meet specific business requirements. This role emphasizes the application of AI-assisted development tools to streamline processes and boost productivity within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Leverage AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case creation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. Utilize AI tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, and test execution. Incorporate pre-built AI features for tasks like exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM assistance for faster incident resolution. Ensure solutions comply with SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve O2C alignment and contribute to reusable best practices enhanced by AI.

A strong foundation in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes is essential, encompassing order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with an understanding of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is required. Proficiency in utilizing AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is key. You should be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows and understand responsible AI usage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, alongside a commitment to continuous learning and embracing AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
