Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

This role centers on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. You'll integrate pre-built AI services to boost productivity, rather than focusing on deep AI model development or agentic systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, and automating test case generation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering through post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

Requires a strong understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, including cross-module dependencies, is essential. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is expected. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis is required. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is key. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders are necessary. A continuous learning mindset and comfort using AI-augmented productivity tools are vital. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with the role encompassing 2-5 years of experience overall.
