This role focuses on developing custom software solutions within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). You will design, code, and enhance system components, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. A key aspect of this position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting, ultimately enhancing Order to Cash (O2C) solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, generate test cases, and expedite documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning/execution. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order handling. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs using AI-supported insights. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to achieve O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong foundation in SAP SD Expertise is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is required.

AI Ready Skills include hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows, is crucial.
