A strong foundation in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is essential, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in this domain. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 prior implementation experiences and a proven track record in client-facing roles.

Proficiency in Fast Formulas, EL Expressions, HCM Design Studio, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, Simplified Template Creation, and HR Extracts is required. A solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks are also critical. The ability to analyze and optimize existing software for performance is paramount. A mandatory 15 years of full-time education is also a prerequisite for this position.
