In this role, you will independently develop and become a subject matter expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You'll be expected to provide innovative solutions to project-related challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project needs into technical realities is key. Furthermore, you will maintain and improve existing software components for better performance and reliability, document development processes, and support junior team members' growth.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is mandatory. Proficiency in distributed computing and big data processing concepts is required. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is crucial. The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is expected. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills for optimizing software solutions, are necessary qualifications. A 15-year full-time education is also a requirement for this position.
