We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in IBM AS/400 RPG III. A strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies is essential. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software applications, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Familiarity with database management and integration techniques, along with the capability to analyze and optimize system performance, are crucial. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is also required for this position.
