This role focuses on developing bespoke software solutions, encompassing design, coding, and enhancement of system components. - Independently perform duties and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide solutions for work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze custom software development requirements. - Maintain and update existing software components to boost performance and reliability. - Document software designs, processes, and code for knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Guide and support junior team members for their professional development.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
