As a Custom Software Engineer, your daily activities will involve crafting bespoke software solutions. This includes designing, coding, and improving diverse system components. Active collaboration with team members and responsiveness to evolving project demands are crucial for fostering continuous improvement and driving innovation.

Author CMM procedures in compliance with iSpec 2200 and approved maintenance procedures documentation rules. You are expected to have 5-10 years of mandatory CMM Authoring experience.

Experience with Airbus fleet components would be beneficial. You should be capable of performing independently and acting as a proofreader. Interpret client engineering inputs to ensure procedures accurately reflect maintenance philosophy, system redundancy, and failure management logic.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment of engineering solutions with project demands. Active participation and contribution in team discussions, focusing on solution-oriented approaches, are essential.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Essential skills include 5-10 years of mandatory CMM Authoring experience and at least 3+ years of proofreading experience on CMM for Airbus fleet.

Considered advantages are authoring experience on structure, systems, and flight controls. Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is necessary. A relevant AME or Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (B.E/B. Tech) background is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
