Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP MM processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management. You will utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, and create test cases. The role also involves supporting end-to-end delivery, integrating MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external systems.

AI-assisted productivity is a core aspect, applying AI tools for requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. You will also integrate pre-built AI services for tasks like material classification and predictive analytics. Troubleshooting using LLM assistance to reduce incident resolution time is expected.

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with procurement governance and audit policies. Collaboration with various business and engineering teams is crucial for delivering cohesive MM solutions and contributing reusable best practices.

We require a strong understanding of SAP MM processes, including P2P flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Experience in configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, and release strategies is essential.

Familiarity with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is necessary. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows for automation and insight generation is key. Understanding responsible AI usage and its limitations is also important.

General skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in procurement scenarios, clear communication, and a continuous learning mindset, particularly with adopting AI-enabled productivity tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with 15 years of full-time education.
