Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges. Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding for application development and testing, writing clean, efficient code in Java Spring Boot and Python. You will also design scalable, cloud-native application architectures, build and maintain integrations using APIs and microservices, and implement applications across multi-cloud environments.

Additionally, implement practical AI features, collaborate with DevOps for containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, optimize application performance and security, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Continuous learning of full-stack development trends, cloud technologies, and AI advancements is crucial.

This role requires 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect capacity. Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential.

Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development is expected, alongside hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. You should have basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools, is required. A strong understanding of secure coding practices and basic enterprise security standards is also necessary.
