Seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to craft and refine software solutions. Design, code, and enhance system components to deliver custom software solutions.

Implement scalable and high-performance applications utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices.

Manage project lifecycles, including SDLC, process management, and organizational change.

Lead significant project implementations, particularly in mobile solutions, within corporate settings.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risks while facilitating Scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in custom software engineering, with a strong command of Scrum and Agile frameworks.

A minimum of 5 years of overall project management experience is required, including 2 years specifically in large, complex corporate projects, preferably mobile-focused.

Demonstrated experience in project budget management (minimum 3 years) and fulfilling Scrum Master responsibilities.

Proficiency in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and process improvement is essential.

Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate, with a requirement to work from the Hinjewadi client location three days per week, typically from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
