As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements.

Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to grasp project objectives, developing inventive solutions, and ensuring applications align seamlessly with overarching organizational goals.

You will also actively participate in testing and troubleshooting phases to optimize application performance and enhance user experiences, thereby contributing significantly to project success.

Independently undertake tasks and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. Assist in documenting application processes and workflows. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool is a primary requirement.

Familiarity with data integration and management tools is beneficial.

Possess a strong understanding of application development methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Knowledge of user interface design principles is advantageous.

A foundational 15 years of full-time education is required.
