Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. The focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting productivity through AI assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize key SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, and generation of test cases. Support the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD module with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Accelerate processes using AI-enabled tools for analysis, diagnostics, impact assessment, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM assistance for rapid incident resolution. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end O2C alignment and contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis is crucial.

Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is necessary. A solid foundation in O2C scenarios, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is expected. Candidates must be able to translate business requirements into effective SAP SD configurations and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this role.
