Seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on defining requirements and designing applications to meet evolving business needs.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, with a strong foundation in packaged application development. A commitment to continuous learning and collaboration within a team environment is essential for success in this position.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Perform essential maintenance and configuration tasks for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper functionalities. Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide assistance to clients with testing, solution comprehension, and system handover. Engage in test automation and manual testing specifically for the UKG platform. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Contribute creatively and analytically to problem-solving initiatives. Effectively manage tasks to completion with minimal supervision, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is mandatory. Possess at least 1+ years of direct experience with Pro WFM. Demonstrate extensive experience in Kronos, with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler. Proficiency in Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup within Pro WFM. Knowledge of Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM is required. Practical experience and knowledge in Boomi are essential. SQL Reporting and WIM Integration are considered valuable additions. Familiarity with Data Views Setup is advantageous. Experience building custom reports using the BIRT tool is a plus. Knowledge of managing CRT tables and integrations within Pro WFM is beneficial. Candidates must be prepared to work in shifts.
