This role centers on developing and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You'll leverage AI-powered development tools and copilots to significantly accelerate tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting overall productivity through AI assistance.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to streamline the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and expedite documentation. Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering through post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration of SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for changes, test planning, and documentation automation. Integrate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for enhanced capabilities such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times and ensure smooth operations.

Demonstrate strong SAP SD expertise with a deep understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks. Possess experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Show hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools.

Be adept at integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, understanding responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations.
