Enhance recruiting processes by configuring and supporting SAP SF Recruiting components like Job Requisitions, Offer Management, and Interview Scheduling. Leverage AI copilots for tasks such as specification creation, workflow validation, test case generation, and documentation automation. You will be instrumental in executing end-to-end solution delivery, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and providing post-deployment support.

Boost productivity with AI-assisted tools for requirement summarization, candidate flow analysis, error pattern detection, and automated knowledge artifact generation. Integrate pre-built AI services to enrich hiring workflows, improve applicant classification, and gain insights into hiring bottlenecks. Utilize LLM-assisted troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues within workflows and recruitment pipelines.

- Configure and support SAP SF Recruiting components, including Job Requisitions, Job Postings, Candidate Profile Management, Interview Scheduling, and Offer Management. - Utilize AI copilots to accelerate tasks such as specification creation, rule and workflow validation, test case generation, and documentation automation. - Execute end-to-end solution delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare. - Integrate Recruiting functionalities with Employee Central, Onboarding, HRIS Sync, job boards, and third-party recruiting systems. - Apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, candidate flow analysis, error pattern detection, and automated generation of knowledge artifacts and training materials. - Integrate pre-built AI services for automated job description enhancement, intelligent applicant classification, candidate profile summarization, and bottleneck identification in hiring workflows. - Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce issue resolution time for workflows, templates, and recruitment pipelines. - Ensure all recruiting processes adhere to global hiring regulations, data privacy policies, and audit requirements. - Participate in workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-generated insights for process optimization.

- Possess hands-on experience with SAP SF Recruiting (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). - Demonstrate understanding of requisition templates, application templates, candidate profile management, and recruiting workflows. - Familiarity with integration points across Employee Central, Onboarding, job boards, and recruiting vendors is essential. - Experience using AI copilots, documentation automation tools, and AI-enabled test accelerators is required. - Ability to incorporate pre-built AI services into hiring workflows for enhanced insights and productivity. - Understanding of responsible AI usage in HR, particularly concerning hiring fairness and data privacy. - Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting workflow, template, or integration issues. - Proficiency in translating recruiting processes into scalable system configurations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR and IT teams. - A continuous learning mindset and comfort with using AI-assisted productivity tools. - A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience is required. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
