As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. This role involves a deep understanding of unique project needs, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring developed applications effectively support organizational goals.

You will be expected to operate independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will be involved in providing solutions to work-related challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Ensuring that developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in R Programming. A strong foundation in the software development lifecycle and application design principles is necessary. Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability is also expected.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to perform data manipulation and statistical analysis within software applications. Familiarity with integrating applications with various data sources and APIs is beneficial. A total of 15 years of full-time education is required for this position.
