Take ownership of building and configuring Copilot Studio agents from inception to deployment. This includes defining topics, knowledge sources, and generative responses, while expanding agent capabilities using Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry models.

Key duties involve designing comprehensive conversation flows, implementing generative orchestration, and integrating with line-of-business systems. You will also manage agent publishing across multiple channels, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot complex issues. Adhering to responsible AI principles is paramount throughout the development lifecycle.

A strong foundation in development is essential, particularly with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and publishing.

Proficiency in Power Automate for automation and integration is required. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and grounding patterns is beneficial. Experience with MCP Server tool connections and a solid understanding of responsible AI practices are crucial. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills are highly valued for this role.
