Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on developing innovative SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools to enhance financial processes, ensuring scalable and high-performing software tailored to specific business needs. You will be instrumental in the design, coding, and enhancement of system components within an agile framework.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into robust SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and rapid issue resolution.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including expertise in the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance. Prior experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is crucial. A solid understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services is expected. You must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data, with clear communication skills for effective collaboration. The ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and a continuous learning mindset are key.
