This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage AI-powered tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. The position emphasizes delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting productivity through AI assistance rather than core AI development.

The role demands a strong understanding of O2C workflows and the ability to apply AI tools to accelerate various stages of the software development lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring end-to-end alignment and delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

- Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. - Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case creation. - Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. - Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. - Apply AI tools for process analysis, issue diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. - Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order processing. - Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. - Ensure solutions comply with SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. - Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to achieve O2C alignment.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks. - Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies. - Knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. - Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD processes. - Understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. - Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders. - A commitment to continuous learning and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
