Join our team as a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, focusing on configuring, building, and supporting customer data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud. You will operate as a senior developer, contributing to data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, transformations, calculated insights, and segmentation. This role involves close collaboration with architects and business teams to ensure implementations align with critical business requirements.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Data Streams from various Salesforce clouds and external systems. You will build and maintain Data Model Objects, configure Identity Resolution rules, develop Data Transforms, and write optimized SQL for Calculated Insights. Creating and testing segments for downstream activation is also a core part of this role.

Additionally, you will be responsible for debugging data-related issues, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live production issues. Collaborating with architects and analysts on technical designs, participating in code reviews, testing, and release cycles, and supporting defect resolution are essential.

Documenting Data 360 configurations and technical flows will ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies.

A strong foundation in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development is mandatory, with solid understanding of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights (SQL), and Segmentation. The ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions, coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills, is essential.

Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, is required. Experience with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines is necessary. A foundational understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking is also important. Basic knowledge of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions is expected.
