Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing applications. You will design, code, and improve components across various systems, ensuring they meet specific business needs.

We are seeking an individual proficient in SAP SD to enhance Order to Cash (O2C) processes. This position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate tasks like requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The emphasis is on improving productivity through AI assistance, rather than developing core AI models or systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, and integrate SD with other SAP modules and external systems.

Accelerate key processes such as process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning using AI-enabled tools. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-supported insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to achieve O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is required.

Proficiency in using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis tools is crucial. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is expected. A solid understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows is also necessary.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios are key. The ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders are vital.
