Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in developing innovative SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This position emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle, from analysis to troubleshooting. You will focus on delivering robust Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI capabilities to optimize workflows and boost productivity.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about transforming business processes with technology and looking to work with cutting-edge AI assistance. You'll contribute to projects that drive significant improvements in sales and distribution operations.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test cases. Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Enhance productivity using AI-enabled tools for process analysis, issue diagnostics, and impact analysis. Integrate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to expedite incident resolution. Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

A strong foundation in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and O2C workflows is essential, including expertise in order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting, is required.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, understanding responsible AI usage, and demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios are crucial.
