Assist in documenting and communicating application designs and functional specifications. Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and project guidance. Continuously monitor and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and usability.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Proficiency in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment is essential. A strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SAP HANA database technologies are required. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is expected. Solid communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
