- Develop and implement sophisticated solutions within the ServiceNow FSO platform. - Configure and customize FSO applications, including workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer. - Build and maintain critical functionalities for Customer Lifecycle Operations, Complaint Management, KYC, and Credit Operations. - Enhance case management workflows specifically for financial services processes. - Integrate with external banking, insurance, CRM, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs. - Configure service definitions, assignment rules, SLAs, workspaces, and reporting dashboards. - Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential. - Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure automation and deployment through Infrastructure as Code principles. - Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools for streamlined infrastructure provisioning. - Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements within Microsoft Azure environments. - Ability to effectively troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance for maximum reliability and scalability. - 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
