As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system and application components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across Applications, Infrastructure, and SRE operations. Build robust automations for provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks. Integrate essential monitoring and observability workflows into our systems. Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues efficiently. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful value delivery.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on Python programming. Professional and technical proficiencies include automation scripting APIs, Git, Linux basics, and exposure to cloud and on-premise environments. Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI concepts and monitoring tools is beneficial. Demonstrated exposure to cloud platforms and flexibility across various tools are key. A solid foundation in problem-solving and strong learning agility are essential for this role.
