This role involves developing and enhancing custom software solutions within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The focus is on creating scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various stages of the software lifecycle, from analysis and configuration to testing and troubleshooting, ultimately delivering efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing, automate test cases, and create documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. Apply AI tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features for exception detection, order classification, and issue summarization. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align O2C processes and contribute reusable templates enhanced by AI.

A strong foundation in SAP SD processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies. Knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is required. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD workflows is necessary. Proficiency in translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are key.
