As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role emphasizes a deep understanding of project needs and the ability to translate them into effective software solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align applications with organizational goals and continuously adapt software to evolving demands, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications.

Independently perform duties and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. Continuously improve application performance and scalability through innovative solutions. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and offering guidance. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application designs and configurations.

A strong foundation in PySpark is essential for this role. Experience with Apache Spark is considered advantageous. A solid understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing is required. Demonstrate the ability to optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues. Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within large-scale environments is beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with PySpark is mandatory. A completed 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
