As a Custom Software Engineer, you will craft bespoke software solutions to address specific business requirements.

Your daily activities will encompass coding, enhancing system components, and actively participating in team discussions to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions. You will leverage contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to build effective software applications, contributing significantly to project success and organizational objectives.

You are expected to function with autonomy and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Active engagement and contribution to team discussions are essential. You will be instrumental in devising solutions to challenges encountered in your work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues, ensuring adherence to code quality standards and best practices.

Must possess strong proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist is beneficial. A robust understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies is required. Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks is expected. Familiarity with agile development practices and associated tools is necessary. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is mandatory. This role is situated at our Bengaluru office. A foundational education spanning 15 full-time years is a prerequisite.
