Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to solve complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. You will be responsible for hands-on coding, developing, testing, and deploying application-heavy solutions with clean, efficient code in languages like Java Spring Boot and Python, while also contributing to front-end development using React or Angular.

Collaborate with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures, prioritizing performance, maintainability, and integration across multi-cloud environments. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services or frameworks.

Work closely with DevOps teams to implement containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools. Ensure applications meet performance and security standards through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices. Foster team collaboration by working with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical implementations, offering hands-on support and mentorship.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a total hands-on experience in full-stack development ranging from 5 to 12 years. At least 2 of these years should be in a lead developer or junior architect role, focusing on application-heavy systems.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential. Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development is a must, complemented by hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, including the use of cloud AI services or simple ML frameworks, is required.

Practical experience with integration patterns like REST APIs and message queues, along with microservices architecture, is necessary. Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) is expected. Cloud-native services, DevOps practices, and secure coding practices are also key requirements for this role. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with certifications like Azure Developer Associate being a plus.
