The role of a Workfront Consultant is central to ensuring customer success with Workfront. This involves a thorough assessment, design, implementation, and configuration of work management solutions on the Workfront platform. Success in this role demands a hands-on, technically adept practitioner with a strong focus on business processes and consultative approaches to integration.

Develop and deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations, facilitating technical interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. Lead technical discussions with clients, collaborating closely with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to craft and implement integrated solutions. Oversee technical development and adhere to standard operating procedures for technical delivery and third-party software integrations. Troubleshoot technical issues by validating problems and providing effective solutions. Provide post-deployment technical support for integration-related challenges. Assess integration needs, identify solutions, and articulate the integration process and capabilities during both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Develop integration solutions through program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, and identify necessary Workfront configurations to support the chosen integration approach.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. You should possess a Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of overall software development experience.

Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation work, encompassing areas like integration, software development, networking, and operations.

Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or a similar Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) is highly desired.

Strong command of Java, PHP, or Python, alongside JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential.

Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is necessary.

Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems is required.

Possess strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Exhibit a proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented approach with a deep focus on business processes and consultation.

Capability to prioritize competing tasks effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills are a must.

Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment is expected.

Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record, such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, is beneficial.

Prior experience working with third-party software integrations is required.
