This role focuses on building and supporting customer data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). As a senior developer, you'll be instrumental in data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, transformations, insights, and segmentation. You will collaborate closely with architects and business teams to ensure successful implementations that align with business objectives.

We are looking for a dedicated Custom Software Engineer to contribute to innovative tech talent solutions. Your expertise will be vital in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.

Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and external systems. Develop and manage Data Model Objects (DMOs), configure Identity Resolution rules, and create Data Transforms. Write and optimize SQL for Calculated Insights. Build and test segments for effective downstream activation. Diagnose and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, unification, or mismatches. Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live production challenges. Partner with architects and analysts to implement technical designs effectively. Engage in code reviews, testing procedures, and release cycles. Assist with defect resolution and continuous optimization efforts. Create comprehensive documentation for Data 360 configurations and technical workflows.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.

Essential skills include hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development, covering Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights (SQL), Segmentation, and Activation.

Demonstrated ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions, coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills, is crucial. Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, is expected. Experience with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines is also required. A foundational understanding of event-based data, customer engagement tracking, and Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions is beneficial.

Mandatory certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. Experience working in Agile teams is preferred. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
