Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, where you will architect, develop, and refine custom software solutions. You will play a key part in building and configuring applications that perfectly align with business process and application demands.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert, guiding and collaborating with teams to ensure peak performance and manage team execution. You will be instrumental in making critical team decisions and engaging with multiple departments to contribute to key strategic choices. Your role involves providing effective solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across broader organizational units. Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions is also part of your contribution, aimed at elevating overall team expertise and ensuring project progress consistently aligns with overarching business objectives.

A strong foundation in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is essential for this role. Candidates should possess a robust understanding of application design principles and methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP PM modules. The ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues is paramount. Familiarity with integration processes between SAP PM and other systems is also a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and a total of 15 years of full-time education. This position is based in our Hyderabad office.
