A strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential for this role. Experience with email marketing automation and designing customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud is expected. Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources is a plus. Knowledge of scripting and query languages commonly used in marketing cloud environments is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns and data workflows is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this position.
