As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and coding custom software solutions. This role focuses on building robust and scalable automation solutions within complex environments. You will drive large-scale implementations and champion automation-led value realization, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

Develop advanced automation frameworks and create reusable components for diverse applications. Automate processes across the infrastructure and observability stack to streamline operations. Ensure the reliability, security, and overall efficiency of all implemented automation solutions. Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver measurable and impactful outcomes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years in relevant roles. A strong foundation in Python programming is essential.

Familiarity with Linux and basic understanding of infrastructure as code principles, CI/CD pipelines, Git, REST APIs, and networking fundamentals are expected.

Exposure to cloud environments (multi-cloud or hybrid) and experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk are considered advantageous.

All candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education. Strong analytical and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
