Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on developing bespoke software solutions. You will design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. This role is integral to building custom software that drives efficiency and innovation. You'll collaborate with project teams to deliver finance transformation solutions, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence. The position demands a deep understanding of OneStream applications, with the capability to configure, troubleshoot, and refine these solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participating actively in OneStream implementation and ongoing support projects. - Gathering and thoroughly analyzing business requirements. - Configuring and meticulously maintaining workflows, metadata, data sources, transformation rules, data management jobs, cube views, dashboards, and security settings. - Developing and enhancing OneStream Business Rules and generating comprehensive reports. - Providing crucial support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. - Executing data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities. - Supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments. - Creating detailed design documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related issues. - Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and identifying automation opportunities.

We are seeking individuals with:

- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of overall experience in EPM/CPM technologies, with at least 3 years of direct, hands-on OneStream experience. - Proven experience in implementation, enhancement, or AMS support engagements. - Proficiency in OneStream and a strong grasp of Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and Data Integration. - Practical experience with Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Management, Workflow Configuration, and Transformation Rules. - The ability to effectively troubleshoot OneStream application issues. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Desirable skills include basic exposure to VB.NET and SQL, OneStream certifications, and experience with ERP systems and finance data processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
