As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing custom software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and improving components across various systems and applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet specific business requirements.

The position emphasizes leveraging AI-powered tools and copilots to streamline tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting, aiming for efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP SD components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. You will use AI copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. The role also involves supporting end-to-end implementation cycles and integrating SAP SD with other modules and external systems.

Additionally, you'll apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, and test planning. This includes incorporating pre-built AI features into SD workflows and using LLM-assisted troubleshooting for faster incident resolution.

A strong foundation in SAP SD expertise is essential, including a deep understanding of O2C processes, SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, and common SD troubleshooting steps. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation, and AI-assisted testing tools, focusing on integrating pre-built AI capabilities rather than developing custom AI models.
