This role focuses on developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing system components. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The primary focus is on building and configuring Copilot Studio agents from end-to-end.

Design and build comprehensive Copilot Studio agents, including topics, trigger phrases, entities, and conversation flows. Configure generative orchestration and knowledge sources for accurate agent responses. Develop Power Automate flows for backend processes and system integrations. Extend agent capabilities using MCP Server tool connections and Azure AI Foundry models. Manage agent publishing across various channels and implement environment/ALM practices. Tune agent behavior and prompts, applying responsible AI principles throughout development. Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with the team on design and security.

Requires strong development experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM). Proficiency in Power Automate for automation and integration is essential. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and grounding patterns is beneficial. Understanding of responsible AI principles and strong debugging skills are necessary. Agile delivery experience and conversational-flow troubleshooting capabilities are preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
